Our free freight program works on most everything in store. However, bulky items or heavy items may be exempt. Typically we use a courier for these items or even will shop around to see what works best. Sometimes we ask to ship to a commercial address as this does affect the costs in some cases dramatically. If we have to charge we will do our best to keep the cost down, as we do appreciate the business and would like to see our customers enjoy easy shopping with us.
